Behind the scenes with top VFX producers Andrew Tulloch and Sarah Tulloch and “Jim the Fish” on location in St. Andrews, Fife

Jim 'The Fish' is a fisherman played by  Clive Russell whose credits include 'Game of Thrones'.  It also stars Jane McCarry ('Still Game'), Vincent Friell ('Trainspotting') and Alan McHugh ('Taggart').

New to technology, Jim embarks on internet dating and falls for a scam that leaves him feeling as empty as his fishing creels. Then, a chance encounter with a fish inspires Jim to seek companionship in a more traditional way. 

It came about based on a real life experience of director Andrew Tulloch and is produced by Sarah Tulloch.

Set in St. Andrews in Fife, this film shows another side of the town that is famed all over the world as the home of golf.

Production company, Altapage started in 2012 by Sarah and Andrew who have an extensive background working in visual effects on big budget features such as 'Harry Potter', 'John Carter', 'The Dark Knight' and 'Sherlock Holmes'.   Most recently Andrew has been working on Joe Wright's ‘Pan’ and Sarah on Guy Ritchie's ‘The Man From U.N.C.L.E.’
