On the 20th May 2018, The Regent Cinema will be hosting their own film festival 'Shorts at the Seaside'. The film festival will be showcasing the best of short films up to 10 minutes in length and is open to students and all film makers.
There will be three categories to enter with the main theme of the festival being deckchair based short films. All categories will be shortlisted down to six and shown on the day with the winner chose by a panel of judges.
There will be £100 cash prize to the winner of each category with all winners also having their short film shown before regualr showings at the cinema over the following month.
